Awakening Your Potential
Yoga & Mindfulness
Yoga is the foundation of embodied living — a return to wholeness through movement, breath, and stillness. My teaching draws from Hatha, Ashtanga, and Yin traditions, blending structure and surrender to help students attune to their inner rhythm. Each class is an invitation to remember the intelligence of the body and the quiet wisdom that unfolds when awareness deepens. Through dedicated practice, we cultivate strength, steadiness, and ease— the ground from which transformation arises.
Psychology & Counselling
Grounded in contemporary psychology and informed by depth and mindfulness-based approaches, my counselling work bridges the science of the mind with the wisdom of spirituality. Through deep listening skills I support clients in navigating the pressures and challenges of life and the search for meaning by integrating evidence-based tools with contemplative insight. Together we explore how thoughts, emotions, and stories shape our experience — and how awareness leads to self-compassion, clarity, integration, and overcoming.
Philosophy & Spirituality
At the heart of my work is a love for the great questions — Who am I? What is the nature of consciousness? How do we live in alignment with what is good, beautiful, and true? Drawing from the wisdom of East and West, I have/will explore these themes through essays, podcasts, and guided reflections that weave psychology and mysticism. This is a space for contemplation and conversation — a meeting point between ancient insight and modern life, where ideas are lived rather than merely understood.
